Privacy Policy

Here's the short version: Admission Alley doesn't collect your data. At all. Everything you enter stays right on your device. That's it. We know privacy policies are usually long, scary documents full of fine print. This one is different, because there's genuinely nothing to hide. Read on, and we think you'll feel pretty good about it.

1

What We Collect

Nothing. Seriously. Admission Alley does not collect, transmit, upload, or store any information you enter into the App. All data — your medications, allergies, emergency contacts, insurance information, and any other details you add — lives exclusively on your device. It never leaves. It never goes to our servers, because we don't have servers that receive your data.

2

What We Don't Collect

To be completely explicit, here is a non-exhaustive list of things we do NOT collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • Your health information or medical records
  • Your location or GPS data
  • Your device identifiers
  • Usage analytics or behavioral data
  • Crash reports (no phone-home SDKs)
  • Cookies or tracking pixels
  • Anything else

We don't require you to create an account. We don't ask for your email. We don't know who you are, and we prefer it that way.

3

Third-Party Services

Admission Alley uses two third parties in connection with the App: the App Store platform you downloaded from (Apple App Store or Google Play), and RevenueCat, the payment infrastructure provider that manages our in-app purchases. If you unlock additional features through one of our one-time purchase tiers (currently $14.99 or $24.99), that transaction is processed by Apple or Google, and RevenueCat records your purchase history (which tier you bought and when) so the App can recognize your unlock. RevenueCat acts solely as our service provider for this purpose - it does not see your payment card details, and does not use your purchase data for advertising or share it with anyone else. We never see your payment information either. Apple, Google, and RevenueCat each have their own privacy policies, which govern how they handle data on their platforms: Apple Privacy Policy, Google Privacy Policy, RevenueCat Privacy Policy. Beyond these three parties, we do not use any third-party analytics services, advertising networks, crash reporting tools, or data brokers within the App.

4

Children's Privacy

Admission Alley complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Because we collect no personal information from anyone — children or adults — there is nothing to disclose. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. In fact, we don't collect data from anyone.

5

Your Rights and Your Data

Because all your data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over it at all times. To view your data: open the App. To edit your data: update it directly in the App. To delete your data: delete the App from your device — when the App is deleted, all data stored within it is deleted with it. We cannot access, retrieve, restore, or transfer your data — because we never had it in the first place. This also means we cannot recover your data if you delete the App or lose your device. We strongly recommend using your device's built-in backup features (such as iCloud or Google backup) if data recovery is important to you.

6

Data Security

Your data security is in your hands — literally. Because everything is stored on your device, the security of your information depends on your device security settings. We recommend using a strong device passcode, Face ID, or fingerprint authentication to prevent unauthorized access to your device and the information stored in Admission Alley.

7

Changes to This Privacy Policy

If we ever update this Privacy Policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this document. Given our privacy architecture (no data collection), significant changes are unlikely. Your continued use of the App after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
